In the Anatolian mountains of Turkey, houses are being built for people who want to be in pure nature and would like to have their second or their holiday home there. The Anatolian mountains have a steppe climate, is unspoilt where nature, wildlife and people live in harmony. A beautiful place with hidden treasures!
ECOLOGICAL & SELF-SUFFICIENT
The construction of the houses is on an ecological basis and with the latest technology to be self-sufficient! The outer walls are made of natural stone. The roofconstruction is made of wood. The houses are equipped with spring water (own source). The houses have their own hot water installation and are heated with solar energy, with solar panels. The power supply is realized with light panels. Daylight is sufficient to convert light into electricity! The first ecological, self-sufficient home will be completed in November 2021. SECOND PHASE: BUILDING MORE HOUSES
This autumn we will start building another 2 to 4 ecological, self-sufficient houses. These houses are single-storey houses with a living area of 65-95 m2, with private garden and with a view at the mountains. The houses are very suitable as your second home or as your own holiday home. It is also possible to rent out your house so that your house is not empty and is used effectively. MORE INFORMATION?
The costs for a house are 70.000-90.000 Euros. The costs may differ depending on the upgrades you would like to have on your house. The houses includes: all (hot) water facilities, solar energy via light panels, fitted bathroom and toilet, kitchen (no white goods), decoration of floors and steel shutters to protect the exterior doors and windows.
